Morning all from Estuary-Land. A heavy frost earlier this morning but no sign of fog. The sun is up and shining brightly and warming things up. I'm not sure if we still have a Debenhams, I've heard nothing suggesting imminent closure. We have lost BHS and M&S and other parts of the town are a building site. I don't go into town very often now as now the legs aren't really up to it and it costs an arm and a leg to park, if you can find a parking place. Has no one realised yet that those shopping centres that are not dying are those where parking is cheaper? I checked on one show that I like to go to, Southern Expo, a none-railway modelling show (plastic kit bashers, military and aircraft mostly). Only to find that this years show will be the last at the current venue and if they can't find another venue the last one of all. Their current venue is due to be demolished/remodelled and afterwards will not be big enough.
