  1. Hello Phil, that’s looks nice and neat, a bit wonky is prototypical of the real things back in the day 👌😎
  2. Phil, with regards to the headcode transfers, to use them depends on which livery model you have ? The original green class 121 models will use them, and depending on the era you are modelling the blues will, but also the blue liveries units had their headcode boxes welded up once headcode blinds fell out of use. With regards to fitting the headcode blinds, it’s the numbers and letters that you stick in 4 digit headcode headcode box glazing, not the incorrectly printed over sized destination blinds. I removed my glazing panels with blu tak stuck to a cocktail stick, and placed the transfers behind the glazing as per the real thing. Hope this helps Craig
  3. Is it worth putting 2 x motors in ? Is it worth keeping the other new one as a spare to change over in another model. I find mine run great on one motor. Best regards Raif
  4. Thanks for the motor link Ian @Hal Nail, £30 !! I will just stick with running mine as single motorised units, they are certainly smoother and trouble free for now. at Guildex I did ask one of the Dapol staff if Dapol had any plans to release the 121 & 122 DTS trailer cars … his response was quite muted. Will have to see what the Heljan model looks like Craig
  5. Gents a quick question with regards to Dapol, are they offering an exchange service for the early version motors to the new versions ? Thanks in advance Craig
  6. All mine that had dodgy running where the 21pin early versions, (the later versions are 22 plux boards) I have removed one motor from each and they are all smooth runners now Hope this helps Craig
  7. Hmmm 🤔 I don’t think I can get a “Bogcart” plug in on this one ??? How about a nice “Funky” Diesel in National Power livery ?
  8. Dda iawn Mr Peter’s Croeso i Gymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Well done Mr Peter’s welcome to Cymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Craig
  9. Wow some of those latest pics are realistic 😎 This is especially good Excellent work, well worth the effort I would say. Craig
  10. Hi Rod, nice to see the changes, I for one loved the operating sessions on WKT as it was. Good to see you throwing yourself into the NG, but please remember Bogs(carts) are for life …. Not just for Christmas !!! Is that neglected 115 set looking for a loving home yet ? 😉 Best regards as always Craig
  11. Coming along nicely Mr P, is that Class 122 BR rail blue bubble car route learner still in its box ??? 🤭
  12. Here is a good picture off Railcar.co.uk showing 2 x 122’s together, and a clear depth difference between units. copyright Steve Jones
  13. I have just checked on Railcar.co.uk, and there are variations, some vehicles have the lower white line through the bottom point of the door grab handles, and some are lower, as per the model
  14. Got my blue / grey M55005 class 122 today, its a lovely model, need to do an order for Railtec now, got a few of these to change identity on, this one will be in its later LA depot guise. Craig
  15. WOW 😮 !! just for the fact that Olivia’s have actually reduced the price of a model they sell !!! 🤭 Craig
