  1. Hi Steve, long time lurker of your thread some superb modelling your trackwork ballasting is great. I need to do a pit on a small 7mm layout trying to build and noticed yours look like a laser cut kit. Any info would be very useful. Cheers Peter.
  2. Hi Phil, I am not on here as much these days. but good to see you are still doing a bit. Feel free to post up any garden railway shots it's always nice to see a few pics of your railway. Cheers Peter.

  6. Hi Mark, Always good to see a few pics of the layout. Cheers Peter.
  7. Hi Merf, Long time no speak. Hope you are well. I agree, i just wont look right so tonight I started to do as you and Mertyn suggested each siding will now have a trap point. Cheers Peter.
  8. I like what you have done there Martyn. I was going to do a non working one. I have done one on my centre road. So a short one at the toe of the point would look ok. Putting one on each siding would mean alot more point rodding so one at the toe will do me. Thanks for the help. I will have a better look at your new layout. Cheers Peter.
  9. So I have had a bit going on recently one of those is selling a friends stock who passed away in April. Myself and another friend where asked to sell the stock for the family and it has been quite a task. A lot has been sold but there are still a number of loco's and wagons left. Anyone into Colas. DB, DRS 60s 66s 57s. let me know. Anyway I have had some time to work on my loco shed and I have replaced a point in the holding sidings. Question is do I need a catch point at the toe of the new point. Cheers Peter.
  10. Nice project Brian. I started a thread on 27/2s a while back as I want to do one at some point. Have a look in the Prototype Discussions section I think it's there somewhere. Cheers Peter.

  13. Hi Lee, What buffers do you use on your class 37s I need to get some for mine. Cheers Peter.
  14. I think the coach at Newport is a MK2 brake you can just about see it this pic.
  15. Hi Scott, The new depot area looks great. It looks like you are going to have plenty of sidings for shunting and the roundy roundy idea will give you the chance to sit back and watch trains run past if you want. Cheers Peter.
  16. All good here Ian, will look out for your future plans. Cheers Peter.

  20. My 00 gauge Bachmann 25s have a slight taper, as does my Heljan O gauge class 25. So I am hoping this new model has. Cheers Peter.
