  1. Ooops I missed that bit. Sorry Ian.
  2. Just a few from when I was running the other day.
  3. Hi Ian, Some nice pics and video of the layout the extension really does add the the layout, just thinking a cross over might have been worth putting in Righthand point from the main/Branch to yard/runround loop. Only noticed it when the class 50 had to go all the way back the the fiddleyard. Cheers Peter.
  4. Thanks Chris, I was going for a bit like Holyhead. and copying the Bachmann Scenecraft loco shed. I took some pics of a mates one and got some idea's on how to do the roof. Cheers Peter.
  5. Thanks Andy, Still more work to do on the shed. The Crompton does look strange without the Horn housing though. Cheers Peter.
  6. A few more pics of the engine shed I have been building.
  7. Nice pic of the whole layout Kevin. I did wonder how you had done the fiddleyard. Young Andy and Ian at the controls your layout would be in safe hands with those two. I bet you get an invite to Brockenhurst now. Cheers Peter.
  8. Thanks Andy, Thats very useful I will be buying some myself much easier to retro fit to points I already have on the layout rather than trying to fit under Peco point motors. Hardest bit will be cutting the rail to make the frog dead. Thanks Cheers Peter.
  9. Hi Andy, This is a new one on me. Does this need to be attached to the point motor. like the Peco things that seem to let me down all the time. Or do you just wire it in searately. I could use some if thats the case. I haven't forgotten about the trackplan I need to draw one up as i can't find the old one. Cheers Peter.
  10. Hi Scott, I think i have said this before but I like the look of this one. And hey if it doesn't work for you at least you have had fun building it, each of your layouts are better than the last so it's not all a waste of time. Good luck with this one, I will be following. Cheers Peter.
  11. Hi Andy, It has been a while since I had a look at your thread. The layout is looking superb, well done on the article. Cheers Peter.
  12. Hi Kevin,Good to see the new layout worked well and you enjoyed the exhibition. The pics of the layout look great. Looking forwards to seeing more. Cheers Peter.
  13. Thanks Jeff though you might know. I will check tomorrow. Cheers Peter.
  14. Looking for some DCC advice. I am sure I have had this problem before but can't find any info at the moment. None sound normal 21 pin decoder lights go on and off each speed step. I am sure it was as simple as changing a CV last time but I can't remember which one. Cheers Peter.
  15. Hi Steve, They are ZHV's old Mineral wagons with slots cut into the sides to stop overloading. Cheers Peter.
  16. Thanks Mark, Some nice loco hauled action there. Look like the Peak working an inter city train too. Normally booked for class 47/4s. Cheers Peter.
  17. Hi Duncan, Its 37121. I nice little weathering project for you, look forwards to seeing it when it done. Cheers Peter.
  18. Hi Duncan, Love that shot of the Ped. I found a couple of pics I took from a trip back in the day. Cheers Peter.
  19. Hi Ian, The new section is looking great. You have certainly cracked on with it. Hope you enjoyed Lyme Regis. It a great little town my Dad was born in Up Lyme so we used to go there quite often. Cheers Peter.
  20. Thanks, Still more to do in the station area but I have been working on my loco shed which seems to have taken an age to do. Cheers Peter,
  21. Thanks Mike, It does seem Zimo are a good decoder I must say I haven't used them much, though I do plan to buy a few sound decoders at some point. Thanks for the information. Cheers Peter.
  22. Thanks Andy, I have actually used Gaugemaster decoders before but not for a while, as Hattons stopped stocking them. I always thought they where pretty good. I might do a google search and have a look. Cheers Peter.
  23. Thanks for that Jeff, I will look into some Zimo decoders as I actually need to order a couple of sound chips from them. Cheers Peter.
