I've a mk1 Yeti, its nearly 14 now but still going strong and for bread'n'butter cars thats a good age. But one day it will cost a lot to pass its MOT and I'd like a new car that has the same sort of seat position. At present Skoda has nothing comparable in their range. The Kamiq is too low, the Karoq is fat (ok, 4" wider than a Yeti), and the rest are huge.
A baby electric SUV, the Epiq, with similar dimensions to the Yeti is due some time in 2025, but prices, spec bands and delivery will be uncertain though currently the word is that it'll start about £22k.
I'd like another Skoda, because the three* I've had over the past 20-odd years have been nice cars. If I can afford an Epiq and it measures up, I may get one. Otherwise I'll bite the bullet and get a small cheap hybrid or ev.....
