  1. Technically he is correct 37-327B is no longer available.
  2. Is it madness though? He states it doesn't work and surely must be worth 99p
  3. The layout really has come together nicely. It's always the small bits and bobs that tell the story. Great job Ray. Regards Scott
  4. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/OO-SCALE-CLASS-89-ELECTRIC-LOCOMOTIVE-INTER-CITY-LIVERY-CONVERTED-Hornby-/121029660612?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item1c2dee0fc4&_uhb=1#ht_500wt_950 Oh Dear !!
  5. I thought I had commented here but obviously not. I have enjoyed reading this thread and look forward to the next round of updates !! Regards Scott
  6. Cheers Mick, learn something new everyday
  7. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SR-USA-Class-S100-Tank-engine-0-6-0-/321023628864?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item4abe7fd640 Seems a bit dear if you ask me and a US loco with BR markings? Is it a US loco?
  8. Bit misleading as there doesn't appear to be 24 pieces, he is counting the larger pieces as two and they are not. Still kind of neat though
  9. These new buildings are simply amazing !!!!
  10. Thanks Mick !! Thought they would be a good foray into the hobby as I have never done anything like this before. Only problem is the Network Rail stuff is growing on me and my layout is set in the 80s !! Perhaps time for a layout change although I also have BR late crest stuff too. Maybe I will just run what I want
  11. Thanks Mick, Lots to choose from there then. I think I will start with either Radio Survey Train Carriage 977997 or Brake Force Runner Carriage 99666 as I have a spare FO Airfix carriage and they both look "relatively" easy. Cheers Scott
  12. I really am enjoying this thread and learning a lot from it. Being in Canada I was not familiar with Network rail. I think I may have a stab at making one or two of the "easier" looking coaches. I wouldn't mind having a go at the NMT, using the Hornby HST and then the etches from Pete. Don't know how difficult it would be for a novice? Looking forward to the next round of updates. Cheers Scott
  13. Anyone got a spare £40 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AIRFIX-No-R201-B-R-RAILBUS-CONTRUCTION-KIT-BUILT-/271096520659?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item3f1e9c9fd3 Surely he is having a giraffe ??
  14. Oh my...........excellent condition indeed http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-X-DEL-PRADO-MODEL-TRAINS-UK-HST-125-INTER-CITY-JAPAN-SERIES-700-SHINKANSEN-/370677235880?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item564e15c0a8
  15. Many thanks for the information.
  16. I had left a comment on the video then realized it wasn't yours. Layout looks brilliant, can I ask where the snowploughs came from? They look the bizz on those 20s !!
  17. But is it a kit or is it built
  18. Dancing on the Ceiling - Lionel Richie
  19. It was listed under the civilian and Home Farm series that was made my Britains.
  20. You can get them but for the asking price you can also get a complete one !!
  21. The layout is looking really good Stephen. My only comment would be the new station looks a bit grand for that particular area.
