    Thanks John, I have been using cereal boxes glues together to create the thickness but it doesn't always work out. Plus it is a pain in the backside glueing them altogether. I will look around her in my home town and see what I can find.

    Thanks Lee, I think my 86 will be my nemesis !! I have Virgin liveried one also but am looking to repair it not repaint it. (It fell of my layout after I caught it with my controller . Very minimal damage but all the windows fell in and now rattle about inside the cab also I lost an insulator for the pantograph and having no joy in finding one. Perhaps I will tarp it and plonk it on a siding. Regards Scott

    How about giving their faces a wash with some diluted black paint. Looking forward to seeing the 86 progress. Did you have any problems removing the cab interiors?

    Looks like they have done a nice job Stephen. Did you have it done locally? The station is taking shape nicely as well. I wouldn't mind having a crack at that myself one day. I'd like to have mine as a terminus with the canopies though. Regards Scott
