RMweb Gold Popular Post NHY 581 Posted February 22, 2022 Author RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted February 22, 2022 (edited) Well, that's the base layer of 2mm static grass applied. A few bits to touch in but nothing that the next layer can't pick up so probably no need to patch in with further dollops of 2mm. Track has now been cleaned but nothing tested yet. However, a few posed shots have been taken. My apologies for the cluttered background as the images were taken in the state dining room at Chateau Sheep. I think I might be happy with this. Rob. RMweb Gold Popular Post NHY 581 Posted February 23, 2022 Author RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted February 23, 2022 (edited) Afternoon all, A few more images....... I find that by taking plenty of photos at all stages of building a layout, you both see things differently and you get a feel for the layout. It's all far too tidy and clean by the way. Needs to be distinctly grubby and altogether more unkempt. Rob. Edited April 4, 2022 by NHY 581 35 1

Yes, it reminds me of the parkland around stately homes where there are few weeds and all the grass is kept to a uniform height by herds of sheep.

MrWolf
That's much more your style. Have you ever considered the insanity of the amount of time, cash and effort many of us expend on making things look neglected? 1 4 1 1 8
