RMweb Gold NeilHB Posted January 16, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 16, 2022 Ewe is coming along very nicely Rob. The low level shot of the 03 and brake is particularly nice, and I must try to resist doing something similar in 7mm scale! 1 1

Cheers, Wayne Afternoon Weird Broad Gauge Guy. Thank you but it is rather behind schedule. A little bit of tinkering and I'm very happy with how it looks. 27 minutes ago, woodenhead said: You’ve got the windswept back of beyond down to a tee Mange Tout, Wooders. Thanks. That's what I'm after so I am glad that's how it appears, even in it's fledgling state. 21 minutes ago, NeilHB said: Ewe is coming along very nicely Rob. As it happens, that very thought has occured to me. I too think this would look okay in 7mm and Heljan's 03 is quite a nice little thing, as is their 05. RMweb Gold Popular Post NHY 581 Posted January 21, 2022 Author RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted January 21, 2022 Afternoon all. I have to report that The Works Forecat is poorly. Unsure what is wrong but mobility is much reduced and she is generally under the weather. Off to the Works Vet for assessment. Updates to follow.

RMweb Gold Popular Post NHY 581 Posted January 21, 2022 Author RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted January 21, 2022 (edited) By way of an update. Attended at the Works Veterinary with The Works Forecat. ( Pictured in happier times) Suffice to say, The W.F was somewhat unreceptive, understandable as she was clearly in pain. Despite this, she engaged in an indisputably heroic rearguard action and successfully executed bites to myself, the Veterinary and the assisting Nurse in rapid succession. These were supported by several well aimed swipes of the paws. Despite these valiant efforts, The W.F received a couple of 'jabs' to hopefully provide some relief. Despite this, it has thus far proved impossible to establish the nature of what is actually afflicting The W.F at this time. Monitoring and treatment by way of purchased anti- inflammatorys will take place over the week end with a view to reconvening on Monday. In the meantime, The W.F remains somewhat subdued and is certainly not as mobile as is usual. George, The Mischievous Apprentice has provided support in that he has not been as naughty as usual. He is however suitably concerned. Rob. Edited April 4, 2022 by NHY 581
