Hi Rob, it happens when running forwards. The leading wheels try to go straight on over the common crossing. If it traverses the same point bunker first there is no problem. There was a time when all 3 M7s derailed at the same point, but once I had flattened out the point (it had a raised area around the common crossing) the other 2 behaved themselves.
