RMweb Gold Captain Kernow Posted December 12, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 12, 2018 I do wish you lot would stop talking foreign. Excusez-moi, monsieur.

Liam
C’est Magnifique! Rob, who did the LSWR ‘beware of trains’ signs please? Look super realistic, tempted to get a few if it’s a company who produces them.

RMweb Gold Ramblin Rich Posted December 12, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 12, 2018 I do like those signs. I've seen pictures of examples where the 'L' '&' and 'W' characters were painted the same as the background, just leaving 'S R' visible for Southern Railway and Southern Region days. This one from 1985 is so weathered you can barely tell the difference (Chenson crossing on the Barnstaple line) This one has been repainted to reflect the Western Region takeover! Al.

RMweb Gold Stubby47 Posted December 14, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 14, 2018 Even though the Sheep layouts aren't DCC, this would be a superb addition. http://www.kernowmodelrailcentre.com/p/58872/R6888TTS-Hornby-Vent-Van-with-Sound---Era-3-4-5

Ashley Bridge
Possibly. I understand they’re working on an open clay wagon that has a proper sheet baaa.
RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted December 16, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 16, 2018 Does it bleat? More than a decade ago, a US manufacturer offered HO stock cars - think 40’ bogie cattle trucks - with cattle or pig noises. I don’t think they offered sheep noises, sadly. Wayne 37901
Hello sir, Nice work on the 16t minerals, the rust effects really look the part. For the early eighties period on Tunnock Yard I've started with putting together a small engineers train, so far I have a 13t steel open wagon, a ex GWR Starfish ballast wagon and joining them will be a 13t sand tippler. Cheers
RMweb Gold NHY 581 Posted December 16, 2018 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted December 16, 2018 Bonjour Wayne. Thank you. Another Norman Lockhart view of the M7 which does look rather nice I must say. Rob.
