RMweb Gold Market65 Posted 3 hours ago RMweb Gold Share Posted 3 hours ago Good evening, David. That’s a superb selection of photo’s of five places beginning with B. J5342, at Borrowash of a Class 104 unit on a Leicester to Derby and Crewe service, in July, 1976, is an excellent composition of the 104 in the cutting. The photo’s of the ECML are a fantastic and nostalgic set. C981, at Swayfield, of a Class 55 on an up express train, possibly train 1A32 the 17.00 Newcastle to King’s Cross, in June, 1972, is a splendid shot of a ‘Deltic plus eight’ working. Very best regards, Rob.
RMweb Premium brushman47544 Posted 1 hour ago RMweb Premium Share Posted 1 hour ago J1779 - the Deltic appears to be without a crest, which with the long nameplate would is make it D9004 Queen’s Own Highlander. J5984 is D9021 Argyll & Sutherland Highlander.
