What a fabulous batch of acquisitions Phil.

Those will look smashing on the layout as it starts to take shape.

I have always admired Peter's work from following Gilbert's topic and that signal cabin is very cool.

Hopefully you are getting on top of the flu and you will be back up the Junction again soon.

Just heard from Kernow that my Gates are on their way. Christmas is early up north.

P

We need a new gate, the one between the stable and the garden is falling apart and Lola (the big 'orse) likes to chew on it. Will the Kernow gates be suitable?

I'm pretty sure those 3D glasses won't work

Absolutely, however that's SWMBO's method of not seeing me and thus imagining she is accompanying a GWR modeller on excursions rtaher than a boring old git that can't eat proper food and always swears at the sat nav.

The Grate West Turd fans aer already at it hammer and tongs on the Dapol thread about whether or not the latest not yet in existence models have the correct pitch foley fob wanger, and the chiz mill is all wrong and anyway on the third Saturday in March after Hanukkah prairies only had short buttons.

They make me tired.  I  am off for a sleep, see you in the new year.

One benefit of Meinheeeeeed is a nice cuppa whilst watching some git struggling to turn a lump of Gert Westurd around.

Oh and the Spoons is quite classy (well for Meinheeeeeed it is).

But Lins

I refuse to go to The Spoons places as the geezer wot owns them is a Euorophobe. However, he was on some Radio 4 Programme the other day and he was actually very funny and sounded quite a nice bloke. This surely is an impossibility?

Has already left the building and accepts the Moditator's flogging.

Hope you're getting yourself scanned so you can be your own Modelu figure Quackers?

That would be fun. I could be a passenger or spotter or anybody I wanted really. Maybe the local Scrumpy addict would be a good role?

Umm. That's a nice loco.

P

Did they run on the Lost Somewhere West of Reading?

The train I was on for my 60th Birthday treat was pulled by the real one.

And the funny looking 4F was in action as well.

When Airfix introduced the 4F Vivian Thompson converted one to a Q. I think it was in a Model Railway Constructor, that's how long ago it was. :O :o
