I know this is slightly off topic but threatening retailers with trading standards / small claims court / industry ombudsman is hardly a rare thing these days - Every edition of Which magazine seams to have a few examples where the retailer / manufacturer has suddenly changed their tune when confronted.

But until very recently this has not been the case within our hobby.

Let us hope it is not  sign of things to come.

I will name and shame if it dose not get sorted out. 

 

Name and shame anyway - it's the only way we will get rid of the 'bad apples'.

 

If what you have told us are the facts - and I have no reason to believe otherwise - you have nothing to lose.

 

By all means wait until you have a satisfactory outcome, though - you just shouldn't have to go to these lengths to get a fair deal.

 

Well done for publicising what has all the hallmarks of a scam! The hobby will be well rid of this element.
