Pete 75C
Looks a bit like this to me... Â Â According to Wiki, it's a gas turbine built in 1952. Pete.
shortliner
Very well done indeed! and VERY quickly!! - I have to admit that I thought it was something slightly more upmarket, totally un-prototypical, but similar to those horrible plastic toy sets produced in Hong Kong, and by Mettoy, that appeared in Woolies and market stalls around Christmas time. It might make it a contender for an O gauge switching plank - but not for me
Kenton
If scratch built or RTR either way it looks (quick glance) to be a very competent model.
shortliner
The original Ebay item is Lionel O gauge RTR - I had never seen a small 2-4-2 (obviously) switching loco with those small leading and trailing wheels - they are usually 0-4-0 industrials - which is what made me think it was a non-prototypical toy in the first place - most unusual! I hope it goes to a good home.
