Peter Kazmierczak
Seven 66s for the price of one, plus a 444 for good measure. But can you spot them all? This was Southampton MCT yesterday afternoon. Amongst this lot are (in numerical order) 66419, 66523, 66533, 66556, 66570, 66571 and 66594. Oh, and the 444 is 444011. Not one of my best shots, as I was holding our border collie too, to prevent him doing a runner...
Jack374
Plenty of sheds at Peak Forest last weekend/beginning of this week. I was camping near Chapel so couldn’t resist a couple of visits to PF and one to Chapel Milton viaduct. All the below are Flickr embedded links, click for info: Thanks, Jack.

RusselBridge2017
A wonderful faded Beastie with a very late running Hope to Cwnbargoed empty coal train yesterday morning. It seemed to spend 3 hours waiting behind a Humber to Westerliegh fuel train near Burton. Dont think the Westerleigh train ever made it as it seemed to stop at Bescot and never left?

RMweb Premium Claude_Dreyfus Posted September 4, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 4, 2021 (edited) I paid my first visit to Eastleigh in many years yesterday - I used to be a frequent visitor in the early to mid 90s, but the last time I was there we still had class 58s in the wild! It was nice to see the place was still busy, with quite a bit of variety passing through. In no particular order... 66732 leads Cola 66847 and 849 on the 6V41 14:48 Eastleigh East Yard - Westbury service. 66755 passes through with the 4Y19 12:30 Mountfield Sidings - Southampton West Docks Gypsum service. 66117 heads the 09:15 Trafford Park - Southampton West Docks (Berth 109) service, having paused for a crew change in the yard. 66414 draws into platform 1 with the 16:57 Southampton MCT - Crewe Basford Hall SSN service. Rather tatty 66068 leads the 09:43 Morris Cowley MAT - Southampton Eastern Docks car train beneath Campbell Road bridge Edited September 11, 2021 by Claude_Dreyfus

EDIT never mind, just got to the top of my notifications and seen you already have! Any idea why huge rocks are needed? Good to see Machen being used by rail. Thanks, Jack.
