Ta From another forum/news site a few weeks ago: the outline plan revolves around dividing the operation up into 'zones'. It is being indicated that DRS and WCRC will be operating the Scotland/North areas with Freightliner covering the North West and DBC covering South Wales and West leaving GBRf to take care of the south. RMweb Gold big jim Posted March 16, 2019 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted March 16, 2019 Yes ‘we’ as in GBRf As mick has put various other TOC have been asked to help cover IM work that Colas are struggling with due to staff shortages, route knowledge etc the only difference the public will see is the uniform the driver wears 1 1
Siggie in the east
Oh wow, didnt even know this was in the pipeline. Possibly explains why IM trains had all ceased over our way recently. Suppose GB will be covering east Anglia when needed then. Looks like your knowledge has become very valuable Jim .

The cut down MEA used for carrying test weights. That normally lives out back of the EDU on the traverser and doesn't often venture beyond the EDU.
