Do you have to volunteer or is it just considered part of the job ? im glad you asked that as i needed to phone up today about christmas anyway! its volunteers first then if jobs are uncovered and your booked to work then you cop for a job, im booked to work christmas and boxing day but have also volunteered for it asking for a late on turn so i can have christmas morning with the family, dinner, queens speech, sleep then go to work, ive always done the same at colas too and got jobs out of old oak common/greenford around midnight back north, lets see what i get this year 4 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Didn’t get any pics at Hinksey as it was a rush off to get a train home, some puzzled lookin spotters seeing a gbrf uniformed driver getting off the locos!
