A Nod To Brent - a friendly thread, filled with frivolity, cream teas and pasties. Longing for the happy days in the South Hams 1947.

In addition to the blog referred to , I recall an article in the Modeller which squared off the rounded corners of the bunker . There were other mods , too .

My recall is of an interesting article , well illustrated which resulted in a subtly different model .

Oswald Record Number 25 vice I presume?

Or something more niche like a Woden or Parkinson's Perfect?

I believe in Chris's profession, a road-roller is often part of delivering the final product......

Apparently there’s a loco announcement tomorrow at noon , perhaps @McC could give this thread a sneak peek preview.

10xx County Class, I presume?.. 😉

A Saint from Accurascale would be very nice indeed...

We've had every "major" class as a new model, and some have had 3 or 4 iterations since the 80s, but the early 80s Hornby Saint is by far the oldest GW RTR out there.

I know there are calls for rare Victorian Broad gauge saddle tanks, but a Saint goes right through the liveries into BR........  come on someone - a new Saint in OO please.

Broad Gauge Saddle tank.... maybe thats the exciting news from Hornby 🤣🤣

They realise TT120 is niche and wont appeal to RMWebbers, so they are launching a Broad gauge range 🤣

You're all wrong with your guesses!

Only a cute little pannier will satisfy everyone!

Whatever it is it will be mouth watering.
