sp1 Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 It was the 70s and nobody complained to Aunty like they do at any opportunity these days.I recall working somewhere about 10 years ago and one of the other nurses there had picked up on the word tw@t, which was used by some of the other staff, without knowing it’s true meaning, and started using it in conversation with a doctor- she couldn’t understand why we were all rolling around on the floor laughing..... ps just got hold of Hornby magazine- photos look great - will read it later when I have staggered home from the local purveyor of Amber nectar!
