RMweb Gold Donw Posted September 25, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 25, 2015 This thread has been rather quiet on GWR fencing lately. I thought this picture might be useful for those wanting to get the spacing correct as the bottom wires are much closer. Can you get any more GWR than post and wire fencing with bridge rail for the ends of the wire. Don

RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted September 26, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 26, 2015 (edited) Joe Blow is Joe Bloggs American cousin!Brian.A while ago, well, about 20 years, there was a racehorse called Joe Blob, but not for long. I think his owner also ran a horse called Mary Hinge, and the authorities in racing, no doubt advised by course (not coarse!) commentators fearful of a Spoonerism, required both steeds to be renamed.
