JWB Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 For what it's worth, it's possible to turn the Bachmann model, which has a metal frame and 8-wheel drive with decent performance (though you need to add DCC momentum if you want a flywheel) into an acceptable layout-quality model.
