Tricky
I’m afraid the best I can come up with at the moment are a couple of shots of ‘Bristol’: this first one is of a companion for Ned. I haven’t found out his name yet. And this quick snap of an abandoned yard broom. Happy New Year to you and yours! Tricky

5050
On family days out in the car in my childhood, long ago when there were still a good few horses about on the roads, the car boot would be supplied with copious old newspapers to pick up anything found still steaming on the road; mother was a keen and successful gardner! When I was a lad the milk was delivered by a milkman with a horse and float. There was extreme competition between neighbours on the local council estate to get out with a spade and bucket and nab the steaming freshly produced piles. Some people didn't speak for months if they lost the race to another neighbour.
