Ruffnut Thorston
Ffrwd Locks station from the level crossing. Probably late 1930s. A GWR goods train arriving from Croes Newydd yard behind a 2721 class pannier tank loco. Ffrwd Locks station and a GWR Passenger service from Wrexham General, viewed from the Shropshire Union Canal Aqueduct. Probably taken around the same date as the above. Wishing you all best wishes for 2017! Edited December 31, 2016 by Sarahagain

vitalspark
Now, I really want to know what's on those bill boards Dave. Andrew..you really posed me a problem there! I trawled through the many hundreds of images we have of the layout because although i must have looked at it hundreds of times I couldn't remember. The billboards on the opposite side at the garage always seem to be favoured in photographs. However..patience rewarded and found the answer! A few more from the garage side of the road. From the rear.. And front.. Dave.

Aberbrothock
Talking of buses on bridges, here's a Northbound bus on Keptie Street in Arbroath in the late 'sixties. There must have been a bump to put the street light at such an angle - must get it sorted.
