steve fay
A very dirty permanent way hut!! This one will live right by the tunnel mouth on the welsh side. Also the Caldicot Road bridge now with extra weathering! The down pipe will be toned down a bit !! Edited August 26, 2017 by steve fay

daifly
Those nettles could perhaps do with a tweak to make them 3D rather than 2D. Like this: Dave

coachmann
Those small plants are very effective. I have been looking for similar things and small bushes in 4mm for the platforms at Carrog....without success. That weathered lineside hut is very effective. steve fay
Noch and Modelscene supply them, they do a nice variety as well Check out the Polak range for small bushes Edited September 7, 2017 by steve fay
steve fay
I've given the car carrier a simple weathering today by simply turning it up side down and wafting some NATO Mud brown and Rail match frame dirt. I will add some powders but for now this takes away the stark Newness!
coachmann
Are the Noch trees good solid trees or are they built of real and therefore fragile wood? I need a load of trees that will withstand the occasional knock...
steve fay
I haven't used the Noch trees. Have a look on eBay you can get good deals on Chinese trees. They can be tarted up a bit more with additional scenics as they can be a bit garish!
