I can't believe it's nearly 9 years since I built the first proper 298, and have only just found someone building one to the same principle. I think I'd better drop by and wish him luck...!! Supaned Posted December 4, 2012 Share Posted December 4, 2012 Sorry to thread hijack , but there is talk on the Iowa Interurbans Yahoo group where somebody is looking at producing a styrene Baldwin steeple cab kit. 298 Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 I read that on the HO Traction modelling Yahoo group- I can't honestly seeing it being manageable for the price quoted, and theres always the risk that we'll see this as RTR from a forward thinking manufacturer.
