It looks like it's been "inspired" by a real loco model but has been changed out of all recognition by the superflous junk attached to it. Looks like the manufacturer has been told to get rid of all the left overs in the spares box by gluing them to this! What's the barrel atop the boiler? Brandy? Tea urn?😄 Air reservoir I think. 2

They DID make me smile for all the right reasons 😁 Tender is too low to get to HO kadee height but add some spacers to raise it up to match the cab and it’s a very good model.

RMweb Premium melmerby Posted April 20, 2023 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 20, 2023 The body has a resemblance to the Bachmann mogul but there are a lot of differences. IMHO it hasn't come from Bachmann The chassis is unlike the Bachmann ones. I wonder if they have had permission to use the Royal Coat Of Arms and the Platinum Jubilee logo? Both are registered designs. Only officially licensed Platinum Jubilee merchandise can use that logo. 1
RMweb Premium J. S. Bach Posted April 20, 2023 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 20, 2023 Do you think that the Chinese really care? At least at their end. The sellers might end up with the legal hassles, though.
