RMweb Gold Popular Post big jim Posted February 1, 2023 RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted February 1, 2023 (edited) Didn’t know whether to out this on the ‘Goid buy from eBay’ thread or here… my wife has been using my skoda since October after her Touareg failed it’s MOT And we decided not to repair it, she’s been after a replacement 4x4/suv type vehicle but not found one she really liked, anyway the day before yesterday I won a Mazda CX-7 on eBay which was one of the cars on her ‘I like those’ list, it was in Nottingham and last night I finished in toton so I taxi’d the few miles to pick it up but didn’t tell her, we were going to collect it at the weekend, I parked it on the drive last night ready for the school run this morning but as the teachers are on stike it never happened, she eventually went outside at 09:30 to be greeted by the car sat waiting for her, as you can see I think it has the desired reaction! excuse the mess under the canopy, my wife does a freecycle project and that’s stuff people drop off to be repurposed and reused by those in need Sometimes it’s the small personal things in life that make you smile!
