Not sure. I had a examination from my GP the other day and asked him what the general prognosis was, and he said to try to get the deposit back from my holiday, told me to make sure all my library books were returned, and not to buy any more albums. He asked 'have you ever had these symptoms before?', and when I said I had, he said 'well, you've got them again, I wonder what they mean'... Then he gave me a bottle of pills and told me I had to take on every day for the rest of my life. 'But there's only 3 in there'. I said. 3

Just two maxillae hinged together. The bottom one should represent the mandible, so you should either see the tongue, or at least the lingual fraenum. Its a good job there isn't more of the surrounding structure, otherwise we might also be discussing the zygoma, the sphenoid and even supra-orbital notches / foramen. Gum contouring, the depth of the sulcus and the lack of mandibular splay tend to argue against it being upside down! Still want one.
