Arthur
Quim didn't choose the piano accordion, either, as the lack of piano keys on his accordion shows. It is a button accordion.... And Quim is short for Joaquim. Another one ringing the joy out of posting here, a button accordion, really, is it that important? As for his name.... oh forget it.... . RMweb Gold Enterprisingwestern Posted February 10, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted February 10, 2018 Another one ringing the joy out of posting here, a button accordion, really, is it that important? To some people Arthur it obviously is, there's a word for it, which escapes me at the mo. As for trapping the bedroom furniture in the bloody thing, well! Rugd1022
I found out something today which raised a wry smile, apparently right after appearing in the Bond film 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' Joanna Lumley auditioned for the part of one of the purple wigged Moonbase girls in 'UFO' but it went to Gabrielle Drake instead, seven years later Gabrielle auditioned for the part of Purdey in 'The New Avengers' but it went to Joanna...!

PatB
From the 'Austin' magazine of November 1967... AUSTIN MAH 11 67.jpg The first car I drove regularly was a 1967 Daf with 6V electrics. I swear its feeble dark brown headlamp beams did exactly that .
