It's our Nanny state where it is always some one else's fault....usually the car drivers. Give an example. Victoria has moved to rebuild 2 of the main freeways in Melbourne... So grid lock... So to add to the difficulty they decide to shut down 2 of the main suburban train lines and move to buses so that the rail lines can have their level crossings removed!.... More grid lock.... Mike Double pedantically some could, SWMBO is an Ex radar Operator and part of her job was to stand behind a glass screen and write backwards on the screen so those in the operations room could read it normally.
