Caley Jim
After building a set of 65ft non-corridor coaches for the Glasgow and Edinburgh Direct service I had to build a suitable loco for them. This is a CR 900class (Dunalastair III) 4-4-0 No.902. Not my favourite Caley engine, I much prefer the Dunalistair 1, but a superb model nonetheless. Hard to believe it’s only 2 mm scale! Ian.

I have to say I agree with you on preference, but this seemed more appropriate for hauling the G & E set Jim

Do you mind if I ask how you went about mixing it up? Currently I find the Precision Paints light blue shade to be almost erring on a shade of teal.

Believe it or not, it is an old tin of Humbrol labelled 'MC12 Prussian Dragoon Blue'! So presumably proper Prussian Blue! 😁 Jim
