shortliner
Picked this up on the ModelRailroad Forum - Several Retired Walthers HO kits making a comeback! Â -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Â I stumbled upon the news of several formally retired Walthers HO kits that will be making a comeback in the next few months. These 4 kits are quite popular and go for some big bucks on ebay for those who are willing to pay top dollar for them. With the return of them this will mean we save some money and wont have to pay the ridiculous ebay prices on these kits! I saw no news from Walthers, so unless I missed it, they did not announce their returns... Â 933-3011 - Central Gas & Supply - $19.49; http://walthers.com/...ctinfo/933-3011 933-3129 - LP/Ammonia Storage Tanks - $14.99; http://walthers.com/...ctinfo/933-3129 933-3081 - Plastic Pellet Transfer Facility - $29.98; http://walthers.com/...ctinfo/933-3081 933-3086 - Blue Star Ready Mix Concrete Batch Plant - $33.74; http://walthers.com/...ctinfo/933-3086 Â I have already placed multiple QTY's of each of the above on order. If you would like any of the above kits please PM or post here and I will put you down for them when they come in. Expected Due Dates are listed on the product pages in the links with the exception of the Central Gas kit which is currently out of stock with an "unknown" due date. This kit should be back in stock within the next month or so. __________________ Josh Mader Rancho Santa Margarita, Cali

Talltim
I'm torn, I'm planning a plastics factory, but the silos in that kit are huge compared to mine and there doesn't seem to be much else to it.

RMweb Gold Scottish Modeller Posted July 28, 2012 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 28, 2012 Hi Tim, Â Buy them anyway.... Â Then reduce the height of them! Â Seems to be what the real time users of silos like this do? Â Thanks I'm torn, I'm planning a plastics factory, but the silos in that kit are huge compared to mine and there doesn't seem to be much else to it.
