Andy Y Posted May 14, 2012 Share Posted May 14, 2012 It can happen if there's an interruption in connection. If it's a long post just Ctrl + C to copy it just in case before you hit send. You can then paste it in again or into Notepad if anything did go awry. You can then paste it in again or into Notepad if anything did go awry. This has pretty much become standard operating procedure for me and avoids frustration. I don't recall seeing a post disappear while it was being edited (even in IE). I have seen situations after hitting "POST" when the browser seems to be stuck in a loop or even produces an SQL error, only to find the post actually happened.
