squeaky Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 I've got to the point on my layout that I don't think i'm going to get any further with the scenery. I really enjoy the track laying and electrics side of layout building and then playing trains. So I'm thinking of selling the layout to fund a new shunting plank, is there a market for and will I recover some of the money invested in it or would I be better dismantling it and re-using the tortoise point motors, NCE switch-8 and the 4 peco code 83 points??? brossard Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 I thought of selling mine a few years back but even though I got encouraging noises from folk, there were no takers.
