You mean like...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZS0cgLp2oxg

(just the "wind up" we need, I think !)

James

No interlocking there - and with a foreign language soundtrack!

It did get one thing correct, though..... That's about the speed that Bodgit does his shunting!!

and thinking about it, "Bodgit and Gromit" has a very nice ring to it....

Doesn't matter when you're at Jason's!!

I've been here for 10 minutes and he's already been drilling and fitting parts to one of my Jubilees....

And Jason didn't have time for many fags (the smokey type) either, he was constantly doing something between cups of coffee.

Bodge :sungum:

He's just out for his first of the day.....

Bacup is powered up - may get a short video up later.

Paul - I think Jason's lost his hat - I haven't seen it all weekend!

A great weekend running trains on a great layout. Amazing how you can spend so many hours solving shunting puzzles! Bodge clocked in 12 hours doing this yesterday, with only breaks for meals.

Plenty of further inspiration for KL2 and I now have a 4F / Black 5 / class 24 / class 25 converted with screw links, ready for future shunting.

Thanks to Sofia and Jason for the great hospitality - and last night's chicken chili curry was a scorcher!!

As a final comment on the weekend...

Thanks for the "conversion" work, Jason. I'll bring my other 4F, another couple of Black 5s and a 20 for the same treatment next time. Along with a dozen or so wagons.

Looking forward to further work on the Kirkby Luneside building, too.

You should have trusted me with your black five and the additional enhancements :D

No, quite happy with the model as it is - the coupling changes are more than adequate.

The Black 5 told me it didn't mind having its ears pierced but wasn't "up for the boob job"!!
