Il Grifone
I noticed the plates, but didn't dwell long enough to notice the paintwork - Still sold anyway!
Il Grifone
Cartmel strikes again! You can pay £325 for this http://www.ebay.co.u...b#ht_837wt_1113 Or you could buy a Hornby one (or two)? (Pedantic point - that should be 5F.) There's an overpriced LNER O4 too. Edited October 3, 2012 by Il Grifone

RMweb Premium Bernard Lamb Posted October 3, 2012 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 3, 2012 Anyone fancy shelling out 815 sovs plus £42 p/p on this layout? http://www.ebay.co.u...=item416b15ba41 If I read the small print correctly the layout does not exist. It is an offer to build one as per the photo. I wonder what he got for his previous versions that he states that he has sold. pico points are interesting but I would have thought he would have built a power supply and controller into it for that price. A miss use of the "new" description as I would understand the word. Bernard
RMweb Gold Colin_McLeod Posted October 3, 2012 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 3, 2012 You are right. On the description it says to allow 5 or 6 weeks, but under "postage" it says "Will usually dispatch within 30 working days of receiving cleared payment"

Presumably you're referring to things like this, which he lists as "kit built" but then later describes as merely "repainted, decaled and numbered." Sooner or later he's going to rip off the wrong person. I hope.
