It seems to me that the term "finescale" has now been appropriated by a number of eBay sellers trying to talk up their listings. I presume that the seller is referring to the wheels? As nice as the venerable old Airfix cattle wagon is, (I have built a few!), I suspect that those overscale working door hinges preclude it from being classed as a "finescale" model. The lady at the post office quoted me a three figure sum and told me it could take 12 weeks to arrive. All the same, our Chinese friends seem to able to post all manner of things for tuppence ha'penny and they are not that much nearer the UK.
