Looks like a street in a residential area in a major city such as Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, etc. It'll be two way, but it won't have a lot of traffic. The bus stop will probably be for smallish buses going to the local shopping area, usually on a circular route. What we think of as pensioners/shoppers buses rather than commuters. It's in the teeming metropolis of Howden, East Riding Of Yorkshire (pop 4428) on a 2 way street outside the council offices.
