Liked Flagstaff (3 brewpubs in the space of a couple of blocks) but absolutley loved staying in Winslow at La Posada, which is a restored Harvey House hotel. Great rooms, great food and killer views of the Transcon from the hotel gardens which are adjacent to the Amtrak platform.
