Makes you think about 'completest' modellers, those who model entire fleets. Easy with low numbered types on small roads but a little more tricky if you want the whole fleet of various 'Geeps' on the BNSF (That's about the extent of my knowledge of US rail roading!)

I know of modellers who have all 22 British Rail Deltics but again that's quite easy. All 50 '50's again quite straight forward*

It's all good fun (and jaw dropping) ;)

*apologies for mentioning these tiny 'Limey' Locos on this part of the forum B)

I'm slowly working through the Yakima Valley, but currently there's only a few years in the early 1970's that I could claim to have the complete roster for. Modelling a shortline should have had the advantage of being immune to pretty much everything that is released, but that doesn't stop me giving into temptation..

When I was young, there was reputed to be a man in Toronto who had modelled every TTC PCC car.* I heard he sold the collection to the States before I managed to meet him.

* the TTC had the continent's largest fleet of PCC cars and the largest fleet of used PCC cars.
