Wires for Lima loco repair

Hi all

 

I am planning to do some repairs on Lima locos most of them have worn out wires what type and size of wire do i need to purchase?

i would just get some old flex from appliances and take the main PVC off, revelaing the two or three wires depending on the type, and just use that.

I use 7/0.2mm wire inside locos. (7 strands of 0.2mm wire)

I use the same wire that I use for wiring the layout with, as has been said before 7/0.2 is absolutely fine.
