Riverside
Hello Arthur, Saw your post re. my locos built from your kits and realised I'd sent you the wrong pics of the Tennant 2-4-0. Here are some of it almost completed. The pics I did send earlier are just 'progress shots! The 'W' class tank loco and the Tennant are built by me but actually the 'T' class was built by Mike Edge. Painting is as you say by Paul Moore who has done a fabulous job. Looking forward to the D20 and V/09 next when available. Best wishes, David 11
Paul welch
Hi Arthur I wish I'd have known earlier about the Tennant as I would have one. Have you got a list of kits available please and what kits will be available in the future. Regards Paul
RMweb Premium Popular Post ArthurK Posted April 19, 2020 Author RMweb Premium Popular Post Share Posted April 19, 2020 (edited) The Tennant in the photos above has now received the attentions of Paul Moore who has added a magnificent paint job. I am sure that David is delighted with the results. Edited April 19, 2020 by ArthurK Added source 15
Sir Hugo
Hi Arthur. I've tried emailing you on the AOL address and it's coming back as a dud. Do you have a more up to date one? If you prefer email me on paulmoore31@yahoo.com Thanks Paul

Riverside
Paul has done a fabulous job painting the Tennant. He even made his own transfers for the cab lining. Just the couplings, crew and fire irons to add now. I don't think my photos do it justice or get the colour right - much better in his 'studio' shots. 12
Popular Post Grosmont Jnc
A total contrast to the lovely Tennant above, I have recently finished one of Arthur's N10 kits. It's my first loco kit and went together really well, and I learnt a lot in the process. It is a depiction of 69101, based latterly at Bowes Bridge and withdrawn in April 62. It is in EM gauge and I've used Arthur's compensation as provided for in the kit. It has a High Level gear box and one of Chris' lovely coreless motors. It will spend its life shunting rakes of mineral wagons into the yard at Stella Gill. (Sorry about all the junk in the background - I don't know how to edit it out!). RMweb Premium ArthurK Posted September 4, 2020 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted September 4, 2020 (edited) Joe, Always pleased to see builds from my kits, especially when the results are as good as this. Bowes Bridge had two of N10s. (Tongue in cheek), I have Just one left! Very nice work. Arthur Edited September 5, 2020 by ArthurK Grammar 1
Grosmont Jnc
Arthur Thankyou for your kind words. I have to say I would really recommend the N10 as a great starter kit for a beginner like me so if anyone out there fancies one - message Arthur. If not I'll have another one! I'm assuming COVID has caused all sorts of issues, but dare I ask is there any further news on the J25?? Joe

That really is very nice indeed, the weathering is nice and subtle, but it still looks like a hard working loco! I started one of the late David Alexander kits of the same class back in March and if it ends up half as nice as yours, I'll be more than happy! Mine will end up in NER livery, and I need to source some clack valves and a safety valve bonnet, and order a gearbox (HighLevel) but it's coming along nicely! 3 hours ago, ArthurK said: The J25 is on thre verge of being packed. I very much look forward to seeing the F8 progress once you get going on that too! Cheers J

RMweb Premium ArthurK Posted September 12, 2020 Author RMweb Premium Share Posted September 12, 2020 Hello Tom, I am currenly packing a ne batch of six J73s. Not all of these are reserved. I have just one Fletcher cab J77. This was the firstof a new batch. this batch had a new style of cab floor which I folded to check that it was OK. Otherwise the remainder is untouched apart from the boiler being rolled. It is yours if you want it. I have four N10s on order. These are all reserved but I think that it is not too late to get another four. Delivery of these will 5-6 weeks. ArthurK
