Any more?

Geoff Endacott

I'm going on Saturday afternoon.

By the way I spoke to the lady in Modelmaniacs last Saturday and she said they are not going to be there.

What's the latest list of trade stands?

Looking forward to the show!

Regards,

Richard.

Parking is easy. There is a large free car park and there are no parking restrictions in White Horse Way.

The list of traders at the top of this topic is still correct. Modelmaniacs of Calne have not attended for several years but all of our usual traders are there together with a few newcomers.

Very good show to attend as an exhibitor (Horselunges). Very good attendance, a few good layouts (Penrhos was a beautifully observed piece of modelling), good trade, nice relaxed atmosphere and helpful stewarding, very good lunch and tea/ coffee provisions. Plenty of informed and interesting questions from the public.

Well done to the organisers

I will second Richards comments albeit we were there as traders (The Gas Cupboard Models and Hobbies). As well as the layouts mentioned I also realy enjoyed Highbridge Road, primarily because I have a real thing at the moment about early 70's Western region diesels - a procession of nicely weathered, detailed and well observed trains. Took me back to my youth as a spotty spotter.

The Gas cupboard will also be at the Bentley groups Trainwest exhibition in Melksham in April althogh Kim and I will not be on the stand as we are taking Highbury Colliery. With Mick Simpson down with Wansbeck Road that will be two 2FS layouts at the same venue - a real rarity in the south west.
