Ozexpatriate Posted February 7, 2020 Share Posted February 7, 2020 Esperanza Base in Antarctica (near the end of the long pointy bit near Cape Horn) hit 18.3°C, the same temperature as yesterday afternoon in San Diego, CA. I was unable to get a pastie from the butchers as they’d sold out, so I had to make do with a steak and ale pie instead, oooh, it’s a hard life sometimes. After dinner i completed making the fruit tea loaf and whilst it was in the oven I continued with building the circuit boards. A small amount of progress has been made, but as I want quite a few, it will take some time to finish them all. John and Andy, sorry for your loses, be it pet or friend, it’s never easy.
