50042
37905 @ Oxford and a couple of 375s @ Maidstone East and West. About twenty years between the photos (as I have not taken a photo for about twenty years !) Cannot remember where the 20s were. 40036 in the shed at Stratford just before it was dragged to Swindon. And a couple of shots taken high over London, one of Waterloo and the other showing Blackfriars, Cannon Street, London Bridge and Waterloo East. Ohmisterporter
How many men does it take to coal a double Fairlie? Three men in action on the Ffestiniog Railway last week coaling Merddyn Emrys at Porthmadog. I like to take pictures like these, everyday routine on the railways but it all adds to the character of a scene when we try to recreate it in miniature.

Peter Kazmierczak
Something seasonal... Well it feels like this at the moment - coldest spring for 50 years. This view is of Spondon in the mid 1980s.
eastwestdivide
Something a bit more seasonal from today - sunshine, a big hill, a flask of tea, and watching the trains go by. What's not to like?
