simmo009 Posted July 21 Share Posted July 21 I am about to commence on the renaming / renumbering of a B17. This would be in circa 1938 LNER Apple Green livery. The donor model does not have a buffer beam number, but pictures show that some do, others do not. Is there a definitive answer as to whether I should add these for accuracy? Is it region specific? Admittedly, all the pictures there show the bufferbeam number on pre-war locomotives, so I will get the appropriate decal sheet and see if I can fit them in the available space on the beam.
