Just taken delivery of the Class 33/1 and noticed that it has  a stuck buffer ......... can anybody advise how to release this? push to release doesn't seem to work and I don't want to apply a lot of force on this by pulling it. Your thought would be welcomed.

Is it stuck in - perhaps pushed too far - or stuck out - perhaps pulled too far out?

Pulling out in the latter case will not help.

How does it compare in relation to the other buffers - is it out of position, or is it just a poor moulding (shaft or buffer housing)?

Hello, Thank you for the advise. When I originally posted the problem, I had put the model back in its box and left it a few days while discussing with the supplier, what I thought was a problem with the tail lamp being used as a head light. Having resolved that problem by correcting my understanding I went back to the problem of the stuck buffer, to find that it had released itself, consequently there is no longer a problem with the buffer.

Once again that for your help.
