Hi Guys

according to YouTube there’s another announcement of a new topping at 12:00 17/7/24

Class 60? 🙃

That'll be 60 050 'Roseberry Topping', then.

That's right after the expected end of the King's speech at the State opening of Parliament, in which he sets out the government's forthcoming legislative programme. So maybe Bachmann have done a deal with the new PM to release the first model of a "Great British Railways" liveried train. 😉

Nothing in it for me! 😁

That would need to be a Graham Farish announcement....

Would they be so specific? It might be a V2 or a Crab!

The 08 video had a blue background same as Bachmann OO boxes, the NG7 had a green background like their boxes, this background is Black. Farish boxes are black so I think it will be N gauge.

Tooling samples shown tomorrow with livery samples 7th August, possibly landing for TINGS in September

Or if you watch the video it actually plays Stingray and advertises the two figurines announced last November to celebrate 60 years of Stingray during 2024.

So it could be train related or it may actually be a model of Stingray itself.

We'll know tomorrow.

Hopefully its train related, not sure Stingray (as great as these Gerry Anderson shows are) would bring in much demand announcement wise

As long as if a V2 that is announced it doesn't turn out to be a ballistic projectile on a flat bed wagon 🤔

It just says tooling . So could be wagon or coach . Maybe it’s the long anticipated 313 , but not holding my breath . Could also be narrow gauge !

Feels like most of their original OO diesel models have been upgraded already apart from the 66, 57, 45 and 40… so one of them would be my guess? Which one hasn’t seen much new releases recently… I think that would be 57 and 66… But then the 31 was never part of their catalogue in past…

Perhaps a new TT120 range will have black boxes?😇

Here's hoping they revisit their GWR Collett coaches then.

And there’s the 55, the poorest of the lot IMO!
