Layout Planning: Fictitious Great Central Line in Yorkshire

Out of the other five companies in the area, I expect the Great Northern and the North Eastern will be the most friendly to the Great Central by far - perhaps I could justify the occasional GNR or NER train to Huddersfield or Manchester? I suspect we might also see Carlisle-Manchester Midland coaches being added to GCR trains at Dewsbury (assuming the West Riding lines are actually built here).

 

I doubt the LNWR would be terribly inclined to transfer much traffic to the GCR at their junction with them at Guide Bridge. The L&Y would likely be much the same, as allies of the LNWR.
